QuenPH collects personal data from you in several ways — directly when you register or interact with the Platform, automatically through your use of the Platform, and occasionally from third-party sources. The categories of personal data we collect include:

QuenPH uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

• Account creation and management: To register your QuenPH account, verify your identity, and manage your account settings and preferences.
• Service delivery: To provide access to QuenPH games, process deposits and withdrawals, and deliver the features and functionality of the Platform.
• Identity verification (KYC): To verify your age (21+) and identity in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Payment processing: To process deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported payment methods.

• Contractual necessity: Processing is necessary to perform our contract with you — that is, to provide the QuenPH Platform and its services as described in the Terms and Conditions.
• Legal obligation: Processing is necessary to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including anti-money laundering regulations, gaming regulations, and tax reporting requirements.
• Legitimate interests: Processing is necessary for QuenPH's legitimate interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and improving our services, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
• Consent: Where we rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing — for example, for marketing communications — you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

QuenPH does not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals on your QuenPH account.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and identity verification service providers who assist QuenPH in verifying player identities and ages in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Game providers: Software providers whose games are available on the QuenPH Platform may receive limited technical data necessary to deliver their games to you.

QuenPH retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your QuenPH account and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with applicable record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• KYC and identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
• Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained for the duration of your account and for three (3) years following account closure or withdrawal of consent.

When personal data is no longer required, QuenPH will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data disposal procedures. Anonymised data that can no longer be linked to an individual may be retained indefinitely for analytical and statistical purposes.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable Philippine regulations, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by QuenPH:

• Right to be informed: You have the right to be informed about how QuenPH collects and processes your personal data, as set out in this Privacy Policy.
• Right of access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data QuenPH holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed.

QuenPH implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. Our security measures include, but are not limited to:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the QuenPH Platform.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial data and identity documents.
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis.
• Regular security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing of the Platform.
• Multi-factor authentication options for player accounts to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, QuenPH will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected players in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules.

The QuenPH Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. QuenPH does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Registration on QuenPH by persons under 21 is prohibited under Philippine gaming regulations.

If QuenPH becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to close the relevant account, delete the personal data, and — where applicable — report the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on QuenPH, please contact our support team immediately so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

QuenPH primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including game software providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and fraud prevention services — may process personal data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, QuenPH ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including contractual data protection clauses that require the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law.

QuenPH reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable laws, or the features of the Platform. When material changes are made, QuenPH will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the QuenPH Platform following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
