By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the QuenPH platform — including its website, mobile application, games, and related services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the QuenPH Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuenPH ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the QuenPH platform and close your account if one has already been created.

To register and use QuenPH, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a QuenPH player account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing QuenPH from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of QuenPH or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from QuenPH or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering on QuenPH, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

To access QuenPH games and services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process on the QuenPH platform. The following conditions apply to your account:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one QuenPH account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• Identity verification (KYC): QuenPH is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account suspension: QuenPH reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory non-compliance.

QuenPH does not charge a fee for account registration. If you wish to close your account, you may do so by contacting QuenPH customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures prior to account closure.

QuenPH supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability at the time of transaction. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on QuenPH:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your QuenPH account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to fully verified QuenPH accounts. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: QuenPH aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. QuenPH reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: All transactions on QuenPH are conducted in Philippine Peso. QuenPH does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. QuenPH reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy.

QuenPH offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms for each promotion.
• Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are published on the QuenPH Bonus page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds and winnings derived from expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. This cap is specified in the individual bonus terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus abuse: QuenPH reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players.

QuenPH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the current bonus terms on the Bonus page before opting in to any offer.

All games available on the QuenPH platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on QuenPH, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generation: QuenPH's RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or player history.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels) and are final once the round is closed.
• Malfunction voids play: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure, QuenPH reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to players. QuenPH is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Disputed results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with QuenPH customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed round. QuenPH's decision on disputed game results is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the QuenPH platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one QuenPH player account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with QuenPH games or services.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in QuenPH games or systems. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void and will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using QuenPH for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to QuenPH through your payment provider.
• Accessing QuenPH from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your QuenPH account.

QuenPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all QuenPH account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a seven (7) day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Configure maximum session durations to help manage the time you spend on QuenPH.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from QuenPH at any time. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

All content on the QuenPH platform — including but not limited to the QuenPH name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of QuenPH or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the QuenPH platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any QuenPH content without prior written authorisation from QuenPH.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QuenPH and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the QuenPH platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, communication failure, or service interruption.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the QuenPH platform.

QuenPH's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your QuenPH account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

QuenPH collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on QuenPH, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

QuenPH will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable law. For full details, please review the Privacy Policy.

QuenPH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, QuenPH will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the QuenPH platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using QuenPH and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and QuenPH, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting QuenPH customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.

QuenPH operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe QuenPH has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may raise a complaint with the relevant Philippine gaming authority.
